The NCTL Sales Manager has a leadership role in the dynamic team that is responsible for developing and executing an aggressive revenue growth plans for K – 8 curriculum products developed at the Museum of Science. With primary responsibility for the sales and marketing strategy and sales team, this position is responsible for maximizing the sales growth through best in class practices in customer relationship management, communication and sales.
The Sales Manager has a leadership role in the dynamic team that is responsible for delivering aggressive sales and revenue growth targets for the K – 8 engineering curriculum developed at the Museum of Science through developing and implementing the sales plan, program budget and tactics that deliver annual growth targets on $4.5 million in current sales year on year. This position will manage current and prospective client accounts and drive new business development in the K – 8 curriculum market. This position requires travel approximately but not limited to 30%.
This position is full-time, 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday.
Director, Education & Enrichment Programs
- Bachelors of Science or Arts and additional course work preferred.
- More than 5 years sales experience. Experience selling educational curriculum or software, supplemental curriculum or educational online content preferred.
- Demonstrated understanding of CRM systems, direct knowledge of Salesforce.com a plus.
Exempt (Salaried). Commensurate with experience.
