STEM Learning Design Manager, EiE Families

The STEM Learning Design Manager, EiE Families will inspire, innovate and create the next generation of EiE STEM family focused materials for the Museum of Science. The role works closely with the product, marketing and learning design leads to develop high-quality, family tested resources. The position will lead a combination of internal and external teams through the development process and is empowered to drive conceptual and innovative thinking to create the best in-class hands-on family STEM resources. The STEM Learning Design Manager, EiE Families will be responsible for ensuring consistency and quality in all resources developed by the team.


  • Leads the management of the day-to-day product enhancements, 2-4 per year
  • Manages at least 2 vendor relationships
  • Manages pilot programs, 2-4 per year
  • Travel up to 10%


This position is full-time, 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday.


Associate Director, Curriculum & Instructional Design


  • Bachelors of Science or Arts degree.
  • 5 or more years of education or curriculum development experience.
  • Demonstrated experience working in the PreK-12 education market.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and managing the work of others.
  • Experience writing, editing and reviewing content.
  • Experience in project management and vendor management.


Exempt (Salaried). $90,000-$95,000/year.
