SUMMARY STATEMENT:

You will provide the technical expertise we need to increase efficiency, reduce downtime, and optimize costs, while maintaining scalability. A successful candidate will have a deep understanding of business systems, processes, integration patterns, and the normalization of data across a vast ecosystem. You will need to enjoy delivering powerful solutions that delight stakeholders and end-users. Come join us!


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Managing and maintaining Infrastructure including 6-7 software solutions/applications and external contractors (Hubspot, Salesforce, Formstack, etc.)
  • 1 POS system and 1 ecommerce system
  • 2 hosting sites (AWS and pantheon)
  • 1 LMS
  • 1 authoring platform (including LOR)


WORK SCHEDULE:

This position is full-time, 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday.


REPORTS TO:

Vice President, STEM Education


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors of Science or Arts degree.
  • 7 or more years of software development experiences, building and designing solutions across multiple technology platforms experience.
  • Degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, or software engineering.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage critical vendor relationships, over time, producing improved engagement, sustained excellence and decreasing cost
  • Proven technical abilities with demonstrated understanding of data normalization, operational integration, and process automation in support of large-scale production systems.
  • Must be able to translate complex, technical language to non-technical team members.


STARTING SALARY:

Exempt (Salaried). $110,000-$115,000/year.
