SUMMARY STATEMENT:

The CF&G Associate provides administrative support to the CF&G team, with particular emphasis on the Corporate Membership program. This position processes the fulfillment of benefits for 180 Corporate members, and supports the rest of the CF&G team in identifying prospective donors and keeping current donors engaged.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provides administrative support for 7-person CF&G team which is charged with raising $14M in FY18 from corporate, foundation and government funders
  • Processes the fulfillment of corporate membership benefits for 180 corporate members
  • Supports event planning and execution for 25 events per year
  • Ensures the data integrity of 250+ donor records
  • Occasional weekend or weeknight work required


WORK SCHEDULE:

This position is full-time, 40 hours/week, with occasional weekend or weeknight work required.


REPORTS TO:

Director, Corporate, Foundation and Government Relations


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • One (1) or more years of Administrative experience.
  • Bachelor of Arts or Science degree preferred.
  • Demonstrated:
    • Discretion when working with confidential and sensitive information
    • Organization skills
    • Ability to manage time judiciously
    • Communication skills both written and oral
    • Customer service skills


STARTING SALARY:

Non-Exempt (Hourly).
