CRM System Services Coordinator

The CRM System Services Coordinator is responsible for supporting the CRM System Services Manager in ensuring the Museum makes the best possible use of Tessitura. Forming a collaborative partnership with Super Users and third party vendors, they will provide support to departments within project scope in delivering, configuring, testing, and maintaining Tessitura setup and requirements.

  • Open 362 days per year

CRM System Services Department supports:

  • Super Users group of over 25 representing 7 divisions and more than 15 departments
  • System configuration and maintenance for 1 million+ individual, household, and organization constituent records
  • System configuration and maintenance enabling ticketing, sales, and reservations for 15 or more venues or programs totaling 60,000-70,000 performances or show times annually with 100+ price types
  • 30+ special offers, promotions, or discounts per year
  • 100-150 active work order tickets/requests for support at any given time
  • Position requires availability to provide on call troubleshooting and support on evenings, weekends, and holidays as assigned.



This position is full-time, 40hrs/wk, Monday-Friday


CRM System Services Manager


  • Post HS course work, technical degree, associate's degree or business certificate.
  • 2 or more years of CRM, POS, or Enterprise Application experience.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proven written and verbal communications and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with troubleshooting and providing support


Non-Exempt (Hourly). Commensurate with experience.
