Video Production Coordinator

The Video Production Coordinator will help manage both internal and third-party productions on a full range of digital video programming from vertical social videos to long form productions across platforms. Responsibilities include establishing and curating vendor & staff/crew relations, assisting in budget review process, managing document distribution & communication flow, and supporting/suggesting best practices from pre-production through delivery while working with internal producers and external partners. This position will report to the Head of Digital Audience.


  • Manage production schedule for estimated 2 -3 short-form videos per and 1-2 longer form video shoots per month.
  • Coordinate with 5-10 Vendors / Contracts
  • Support the tracking of project budgets of less than $50K
  • On rare occasions, work outside of regular business hours may be required (morning, weekend)


Full-time, 40 hours / week, Monday-Friday. On rare occasions work outside of regular business hours may be required (morning, weekend).


Head of Digital Audience


  • Post high school course work, technical degree, associate's degree, business or vocational certificate.
  • 2 or more years of video production experience.
  • Demonstrated experience with video production management, and comfortable managing high-volume social video.
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to support several projects in various phases of production.
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating production meetings with internal and external partners.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to distill complex information into easy-to-understand spreadsheets, presentations, and documents.
  • Ability to research, curate, and develop relationships with vendors, content producers and talent.
  • Demonstrated experience tracking budgets.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite.
  • Proven experience staying up to date with current production processes and content trends.


Exempt (Salaried). $58,000 - $63,000 / year
