SUMMARY STATEMENT:

Work and support cross-functional teams within a division that provides curriculum and professional development services to K-12 educators. Support day-to-day activities, processes, projects, and events across Professional Development, Sales, Operations, Technology, and Marketing teams. Tasks include but are not limited to: communicating regularly and effectively with various teams; maintaining inventories of materials and supplies by sourcing and tracking both; collaborating with teams to ensure appropriate materials are allocated for and shipped to various sales and PD workshops and events; accurately tracking data related to sales and PD events..


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • •Contributes to successful facilitation of on average 75 teacher workshops per year by purchasing, organizing, preparing, shipping, receiving, and restocking materials.
  • Prepares and ships materials for an average of 50 conferences per year.
  • Prepares and ships marketing collateral in response to approximately 50 requests per year.
  • Tracks an average of 75 completed workshops and communicates with the Customer Success Team to ensure timely invoicing to customers.


WORK SCHEDULE:

This position is full-time, 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday.


REPORTS TO:

Director, Operations & Professional Development


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Post high school course work, technical degree, associate's degree, or business certificate.
  • 2 or more years of office administration experience OR experience working with K-12 educators and/or programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to focus on details in communicating with various teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with colleagues on-site and remote.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills.


STARTING SALARY:

Non-Exempt (Hourly). $17.75-$19.75/hour
