Corporate & Foundation Relations Coordinator

SUMMARY STATEMENT:

The Corporate & Foundation Coordinator is a key member of the C&F team, carrying a portfolio of 25-50 corporate and foundation donors and respective revenue. This person provides proactive, thorough research support for the corporate and foundation gift officers on a regular basis. They will oversee gift processing and benefit fulfillment for all C&F donors, with a meticulous level of detail. The Coordinator will provide the highest level of customer service to their portfolio, as well as any corporate donors through oversight of the corporate concierge line.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manages a portfolio of between 25 and 50 C&F donors and prospects.
  • Processes the fulfillment of corporate benefits for roughly 200 corporate donors/year.
  • Researches 240 new prospects for C&F gift officers per year.
  • Supports event planning and execution for 2 corporate events per year.

 

WORK SCHEDULE:

Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm. Some evening and weekend work required.

 

REPORTS TO:

Senior Director, Corporate & Foundation Relations

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Post high school course work, technical degree, associate's degree, business or vocational certificate.
  • 2 or more years of non-profit experience.
  • Discretion when working with confidential and sensitive information.
  • Organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage time and juggle multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrated communication skills both written and oral.
  • Demonstrated service skills.

 

STARTING SALARY:

Exempt (Salaried).
