EiE Systems Analyst

SUMMARY STATEMENT:

The EIE Systems Analyst is an integral part of the technology team within EIE. This person will be responsible for ensuring that our users have the tools and processes necessary to complete their work. The person in this role will need to be collaborative in nature and a self-starter. This role is paramount in the development and maintenance of the EiE technology products and services.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Administer and support technology and systems to support established business processes and multiple user groups (technology, customer success, sales, and marketing) for a team of 30+.
  • Develop and run routine (daily/weekly) and requested (approx. 50/year) reports for interdepartmental projects on $8M, 30+ person, cross-functional department project(s).
  • Support end user access (500+ users) for new digital curriculum platform.


WORK SCHEDULE:

This position is full-time, 40hr/wk, Monday-Friday


REPORTS TO:

Director of Technology


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Post high school course work, technical degree, associate's degree, business or vocational certificate.
  • 1 or more years of IT platform and application experience.
  • Experience with administration of SaaS based software
  • Exposure to relevant coding languages (SQL, Java, HTML, Java)
  • Experience with research or data analysis/analytics
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with customer service and/or help desk


STARTING SALARY:

Non-Exempt (Hourly).
