Curriculum Coordinator, Engineering is Elementary

Cross functionally collaborates with the Engineering and Computer Science Product Development teams to support day-to-day editorial and production processes, and assist operationally with logistics such as conferences. Tasks include but are not limited to: communicating regularly and effectively with cross-functional teams; tracking user reach outs, and maintaining inventories of materials and supplies by sourcing and tracking both; collaborating with teams to ensure appropriate materials are allocated for and shipped to pilot sites.


  • Contributed to successful facilitation of approximately 50 pilots and focus group sessions per year by purchasing, organizing, shipping, receiving, and restocking materials.
  • Tracks all correspondence with school partners, focus group participants.


This position is grant-funded, full-time, 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday.


Director, Operations & Professional Development


  • Post high school course work, technical degree, associate's degree, business or vocational certificate.
  • 2 or more years of project/program coordination experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to focus on details in communicating with various teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with colleagues on-site and remote.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills


Non-Exempt (Hourly). Commensurate with experience.
